1. Orders

📌 How to place an order?

Select your jewelry, choose the available options (size, color, material, etc.), then add it to your cart. Next, confirm your order via the secure payment page.


📦 Can I modify or cancel my order?

You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase.

To do so, please contact us at the email address mon-petitatelier@outlook.fr

After this period, the order may already be in preparation and can no longer be modified.

🎁 Do you offer gift wrapping?

All jewelry is delivered in a small box or reusable cotton pouch bearing the brand's logo.


2. Products

✨ Are your jewelry pieces handmade?

Yes, each piece of jewelry is handmade, which can result in slight variations making each piece unique.

🛡️ What materials are your jewelry made of?

Our jewelry is made of:

  • stainless steel
  • 925 silver
  • natural stones (depending on the model)
     The exact materials are indicated in each product description.


💧 Are the jewelry pieces water-resistant?

Stainless steel jewelry is water resistant.

For silver jewelry, it is recommended to avoid water, perfume and chemicals in order to prolong its shine.

3. Delivery

🚚 What are the delivery times?

  • France: 2 to 5 business days
  • Europe: 4 to 7 business days

These delivery times may vary depending on the period and the carrier.


📍 Can I track my order?

Yes, as soon as it is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.


💌 What should I do if I haven't received my package?

4. Returns & Exchanges

🔁 Can I return a piece of jewelry?

Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to return an unworn product in its original packaging.

🚫 Can personalized products be returned?

No. All personalized, engraved or custom-made jewelry is neither returnable nor exchangeable.

Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.


💳 When will I get my refund?

Once the product has been received and verified, the refund will be issued within 5 to 14 days via the same payment method.

5. Jewelry Care

✨ How do I care for my jewelry?

  • Avoid water, perfume, perspiration (except stainless steel).
  • Store them away from moisture.
  • Clean with a soft cloth.

🔧 Do you offer a guarantee?

The jewelry is guaranteed against manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear,
  • the shocks,
  • natural oxidation,
  • inappropriate use.
